License tagging for Image:TbdDVD.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:TbdDVD.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:09, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I've now added a tag. Oli W 93 (talk) 12:48, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

avril genres

[edit]

du musst ruhig bleiben, wenn du dich aufregst, wirst du nicht ernst genommen ;) --Darth NormaN (talk) 20:11, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Danke. Mir war nur aufgefallen, dass wirklich ständig das Genre geändert wird. Und das verursacht Unübersichtlichkeit und beansprucht Spiecherplatz. Why not speak English??? Oli W 93 (talk) 20:47, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Oli W 93, I've started a discussion about the genre issue at Talk:Avril Lavigne#Genres. D0762 (talk) 10:51, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:TbdDVD.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:TbdDVD.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ejfetters (talk) 18:57, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have a reliable source to support the claim that "Innocence" was a radio single in Italy? I searched on Google News and LexisNexis and couldn't find anything. If there aren't any reliable sources, you shouldn't be reverting the removal of the song from the template. Thanks. 86.1.249.35 (talk) 21:14, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Look at some official sites, e.g. avril.de. It was written in the News there. Or force avril.it. (some time later:) I've looked at avril.it: „Innocence è il nuovo singolo di Avril Lavigne, in esclusiva per l'Italia!“ (News from February 26, 2008; 26.02.2008) - In English: „Innocence is the new single by Avril Lavigne, exclusively for Italy!“ In some other news you can also learn, some Italian fans did a fan-video to promote Innocence on TRL Italy. --Oli W 93 (talk) 23:13, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

your recent edit on the best damn thing

[edit]

hey, i just saw you [changed] the style of the track list on the best damn thing. so would it be possible for you to change that on the other album's articles as well? but please, look up wikipedia's manual of style (maybe theres a musician/album portal/project) if there are any information on that. keep on watching over avril's articles, you're doing a good job! :) --Darth NormaN (talk) 15:49, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm going too change the articles Let Go and Under My Skin now. If you want to change it for the singles and other artists, too, please ask other users. I currently don't have much time. Thanks for supporting my idea, --Oli Talk 14:26, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Avril Lavigne The Best Damn Tour – Live in Toronto DVD promotional cover.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Avril Lavigne The Best Damn Tour – Live in Toronto DVD promotional cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:07, 15 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
