Request reason:
I represent Mick Boogie and his wiki entry is incorrect. I went to edit the page and was told I am blocked. I have no idea why I am blocked or how but it needs to be fixed so I can fix my client's wiki page. I have one account and one account only and have no idea why I would be blocked. I have never created an article on wiki nor have I ever edited one. I created my account to fix my client's account and am now blocked.
Decline reason:
This account does not appear to be directly blocked; however, I would advise you to read Wikipedia's guidelines on conflict of interest. --Kinu t/c 23:33, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Abusing multiple accounts: TRATTOOO
Decline reason: If we're not unblocking you directly, we're sure not going to clear your autoblock, not when you haven't even addressed the reason for the block in your request (no, scratch that ... you've validated it). — Daniel Case (talk) 03:09, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- Per Ticket:2011031710014445, I have cleared this block as collateral damage. Please read WP:COI before editing. Stifle (talk) 19:21, 23 March 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Mick Boogie has been reverted.
Your edit here to Mick Boogie was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.twitter.com/mickboogie/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 17:01, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
Hi, thanks for editing this article. Can you please stop removing the formatting and references when you edit though? Stifle (talk) 19:03, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
- I received your email. Please don't email me about non-confidential matters; use my talk page.
- Wikipedia does not permit ownership of pages. All pages are open for everyone to edit. Your recent edits removed references and destroyed formatting on the article, which is why they were reverted. If you make edits which do not mess up the formatting and add proper references, they should be fine. Stifle (talk) 09:34, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Talkback

This will need better sourcing to suggest he is independently notable (to at least satisfy general notability guidelines and music guidelines). Also, when you start the new article, use a different such as Kalkutta (musician) as the current one is still applicable to Kolkata. Cheers, SwisterTwister talk 00:31, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
