[edit] The recent edit you made to User talk:RivRubicon constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Andy (talk) 18:40, 15 December 2008 (UTC) improper warning struck out by me. --barneca (talk) 19:38, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! Why did i get in trouble before for responding to what RR said to me. I just said I wasn't vandalizing. I'm confused. Meredithw (talk) 19:14, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Hi Meredithw,
- You didn't do anything wrong; RivRubicon appears to be a vandal who thinks it's fun to falsely warn people about vandalism, and the warning above was... well, probably the result of AtheWeaterman using WP:Huggle too fast and carelessly. This is a pretty anarchic place sometimes. You're more than welcome to delete this whole section and point to my comment if anyone ever asks about it. --barneca (talk) 19:38, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Hi Meredithw. Barneca is right, RivRubicon was nothing more than a vandal, trying to cause trouble and upset new users by falsely warning them. Don't worry about it, he has been blocked now, carry on as you were and forget this ever happened, no-one looking at this can see anyway in which you were at fault. Good luck, and if you ever need any help, feel free to contact me on my talk page--Jac16888 (talk) 19:53, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Sorry!
[edit]About the warning template above, I got a line from Barneca! Won't be going too fast now! :)

No hard feelings, my fault! Andy (talk) 20:21, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
That's okay, thanks Andy!--Meredithw (talk) 20:32, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Glad that is sorted! Have you only joined today then because if you have then I'll see if I can help you settle in (without giving you warning templeates! :D) Andy (talk) 20:42, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
I joined a while back but today is my first time actually writing and editing pages. I'm still trying to figure things out but think i'm getting a hang of it!--Meredithw (talk) 22:00, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- If you would like I could see if I could get someone to adopt you, to help you within first few weeks. Andy (talk) 18:29, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
Adding pictures
[edit]On a seperate line, add [[File:Example of an image name.jpg|thumb|right|Example of a caption]] You can change "right" to "left", so it will be on the left hand side. There's more stuff at Wikipedia:Extended image syntax, but if you've got any questions don't hesitate to ask me! Jolly Ω Janner 19:31, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
