Welcome!

Hello, Metaphysics Man, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to complete the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit the Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Hi Metaphysics Man! You created a thread called Visual Editor not showing at Wikipedia:Teahouse, but it has been archived because there was no discussion for a few days. You can still find the archived discussion here. If you have any additional questions that weren't answered then, please create a new thread.

Who is Doug Payne?

And why is he a reliable source?

Help me!

[edit]

A user has asked me a question and I see no way to answer on their talk page or mine. The question came as an email with links to their user and talk pages. There I see no way to answer. Thanks ahead. Metaphysics Man (talk) 22:27, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please help me with...

Metaphysics Man (talk) 22:27, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Follow the link to their talk page, click "New section", and reply there. The other option is to "ping" them, which you do by either using {{ping}} or {{u}}, which look like @Primefac: and Primefac, respectively (though they have other parameter options for additional formatting). If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Primefac (talk) 22:41, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
