I have read what you wrote on the talk page, and also read the deleted page. It is nothing like an acceptable Wikipedia article, and I have considerable doubts whether an acceptable article could be written about this subject. To understand the reasons, you should understand:
  • The fundamental policy Wikipedia:Verifiability, summarised as "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source".
  • The inclusion criterion called Wikipedia:Notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about?
Unless "Dr Boo Boo" has already been the subject of independent, published comment on which to base an article, he is not likely to be an acceptable subject for Wikipedia; but there are plenty of sites like Facebook and Myspace where you could write about him.
There is good general advice in WP:Your first article. JohnCD (talk) 21:18, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
