The short answer is no, it won't get recreated as it was then as it failed Wikipedia's policies regarding WP:ADVERT and WP:NOTABLE. I can bring the text of the deleted article here for you to work on, however I also advise you that this account may be blocked from editing anyway as OzHarvest was because of the risks of it being used only to advertise non-notable material. Speedy deletion nomination of User:MichelleOz/OzHarvest[edit]

A tag has been placed on User:MichelleOz/OzHarvest, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia.
