A couple of tips regarding your article
[edit]- A subject is considered notable if it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject.
- Reliable sources typically include: articles from magazines or newspapers (particularly scholarly journals), or books by recognized authors (basically, books by respected publishers). Online versions of these are usually accepted, provided they're held to the same standards. User generated sources (like Wikipedia) are to be avoided. Self-published sources should be avoided except for information by and about the subject that is not self-serving (for example, citing a company's website to establish something like year of establishment).
You may want to find sources unconnected to Stinson for your attempted article on Mark Stinson. While the Fox4kc article might work, you need a source demonstrating that the Mark Stinson in that news piece is the same as the Asatru Mark Stinson. Also, you will want to summarize the article rather than give a large block quote, as it may go against WP:COPYVIO. Ian.thomson (talk) 21:59, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

I've personally never met Mark Stinson of anyone from JBK, but they are huge players in the Asatru movement these days. I was therefore hoping to get an article going which others would add to. It's somewhat of a misleading situation that his movement is unrepresented on wikipedia as opposed to some others that are so heavily represented.
I did read his three books, and that was the only information I was going to reference, but I guess I'll look around for a few more third party articles or something.
