Reliable sources

[edit]

Please note that Wikipedia requires reliable sources for the addition of modification of information in biography articles. Tertiary and compendia-type websites (e.g. IMDb and "biogarohyist", which you used at Steve Huffman), do not meet reliable sourcing criteria. Thank you for your feedback! It is much appreciated. What would in your oppinion be a general, reliable source for this kind of information?
Sincerely, Mrindholt (talk) 16:44, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please review WP:RS, which explains how to identify reliable sources. It's a lot to take in, but is fundamental to Wikipedia editing. In a nutshell, sources that are not based on user-generated content and have a reputation for fact checking and accuracy are required. WP:BLPSOURCES and, more specifically WP:DOB, also include relevant information.-- Ponyobons mots 16:49, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
