I've once again reverted your edit at Bacterial growth, for two reasons:

  1. The article is about the phenomenon of bacterial growth; i.e. how bacteria grow and replicate. It is not an article about the effects of bacterial infections, which is the topic of the content you have added.
  2. Your addition states it should be noted that 158 rapid growths of bacteria in the bloodstream causes an exaggerated and destructive intravascular inflammatory response... which implies that the specific number (158) of bacterial growths is required to cause the described effect, but the source you cited did not state that. (The "158" in your cited source is a footnote number that has been copied to the ScienceDirect website, not intended to be part of the text.)

Your edit was reverted after you added it. Per Wikipedia collobration policies, your next step should have been to discuss the matter on the article's talk page. I urge you to do so now if you still feel the content is relevant. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:03, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Since you have chosen not to discuss this matter, I have opened the discussion for you. Please join at Talk:Bacterial growth. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:36, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Mirrors

[edit]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Magnetoplasmadynamic thruster ‎. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Thank you, how do I rectify this please? Myakubu123456 (talk) 14:31, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing articles directly for the next 2 weeks to prevent you from further disruptively ignoring community concerns about verifiability issues voiced on this page here, and at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Persistent_addition_of_irrelevant_sources. So after coming off a two-week article-namespace block for adding very badly sourced text (and text sourced to mirrors), the very next thing you do is the exact same thing that led to your block. For this reason you have been blocked indefinitely. You are not welcome here. Graham87 20:27, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
