My account has been accused of sockpuppetry (of Donaldleegraham) and abusing multiple accounts. A look at my history will confirm I have not acted in an inappropriate manner. The problem seems to have stemmed from the user Donaldleegraham creating this page after I contributed to the discussion of the term Tweetup. I have had no direct dealings with this user. I've contacted the blocking admin via email with no result. As my user name for the blocked account is my actual name, I would like to have this issue resolved so I can edit under that name. I would also appreciate any information as how my account, with practically no activity, got blacked to begin with. Thank you.

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your question. I didn't realize you had left a message here, I'm not getting email updates if they are being sent. The last I checked you were waiting for info from the blocking admin. I'm still not used to checking this page due to the block. I noticed the block right away and contacted the blocking admin immediately and didn't hear back. Then I quite frankly forgot about this that until recently when I wanted to make a contribution. I am very interested in making edits. I'm more concerned that this account, which is in my actual name, is blocked and getting that straightened out. Can you answer my initial questions please? Why was I blocked in the first place? Why should the timeline after the block have any bearing? If this cannot be resolved. How can I get this account deleted or renamed to not include my actual name? Thank you.

User accounts are rarely deleted, but they can be renamed. Only administrators can change a username. The normal process is to make a request at Wikipedia:Changing username, but since you're blocked, you can't make a request there. I've changed the tag to request help from an administrator. It actually takes a bureaucrat to rename someone's account. Once (if) you're unblocked, you can head over to WP:CHU to file a request. Killiondude (talk)

OK, attempting to try this again. I've previously stated my confusion as to why/how I was blocked initially. I did want to participate by making contributions with this account but my infrequent monitoring of this page seems to have made this impossible. At this point, I would great appreciate being unblocked so I can simply request the account be renamed to something (anything) other than my actual name. At that point I will cease to use it. I just don't want my name associated with a blocked/unused account. I appreciate any assistance with this request. Thank you.
