Welcome![edit]

Hello, Nickgrecco, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Fannie May[edit]

Hi - I just reverted your edit to Fannie May, for two reasons. First, it seemed that you were writing about 1-800-Flowers rather than the subject of the article (unless I've misunderstood you?), so the information wasn't relevant to this article. Also, the edit, as you worded it, seemed promotional. You wrote '...allows shoppers to select from their wide selection of candy, meeting their expectations.' This is very subjective - is their range of candy particularly wide, compared to the ranges of similar companies? What expectations are being met? The aim here is to write entirely objective, neutral prose, without praising or criticising the subject. I hope that makes sense - if I've misunderstood, or you have any questions, drop me a line on my talk page. Cheers GirthSummit (blether) 17:22, 4 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
