That book is my own book. I did not cite it as a source to not be suspected that I promote myself.

A tag has been placed on Easter water requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 21:20, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

re. Copyright issues[edit]

Hi, I noticed you added some of your own work to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, we do need to ensure that possibly copyrighted works are released to us under a compatible license. You can do so by following the instructions at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you email an OTRS agent before you post things, they should be able to clear things up relatively quickly. Also, to preserve the integrity and verifiability of source text, we do — as a matter of internal policies and guidelines — require that text be referenced whenever possible. If you feel that citing yourself might appear overly promotional, making a COI edit request on the talk page using the {{request edit}} template instead (or on a relevant noticeboard) may be appropriate. Thanks for your contributions, and good luck! Alpha3031 (tc) 13:01, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Answer: Hi, As specified in Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials, "One simple way to grant permission to copy material already online is to put that permission explicitly on the site where that material is posted." I published it here: https://www.setthings.com/en/newtons-action-at-a-distance-different-views/ under Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY-SA), and I have a notification there that "This text is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY-SA)". The first note of the content published in Wikipedia is a link to that page. All the texts have references with link to the original sources. Please let me know if there is more that I have to do. Best regards, Nicolae Sfetcu

A tag has been placed on Ontology of General Relativity requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.setthings.com/en/the-ontology-of-general-relativity/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Hello, ”If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. ” I did it, Ticket#2019060410005871, but I have received no answer yet, and in Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials writes that ”(2) After sending the email, place {{OTRS pending}} on the article's talk page.”, so I understand that I have to create the page to receibe an answer. All the texts have indicated references with links to the original sources. Nicolae Sfetcu

I have commented out the {{OTRS pending}} tag above. If the tag concerns an image, then the tag should be placed on the image page itself. If the tag concerns text in an article, it should be placed on the article talk page. --B (talk) 11:38, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
