Kean University is not classified as a research university

Please stop editing the lede of Kean University to state that it's a research university. It is not classified as a research university using the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education and that is the typical benchmark that we use for that label. It may be appropriate to add a note about this legislation in the body of the article, perhaps in the "History" section, but it's not appropriate to label the university a "research university" in the lede.
