Hi CHRISSYMAD, thank you for the tip but I did not remove the AfD tag or any deletion comments on RIMS Risk Maturity Model, as that is clearly not allowed. I did removed the COI tag because that tag instructs users to help clean up the page, which I tried, and felt it was okay to remove the COI tag.

I'm not seeing the concerns outlined address from the discussion that ultimately led to the article previously being deleted. The sources that address the topic directly, appear to be from those who created the concept. Other sources, such as the presidential one, mention the concept of risk modeling, but not this one specifically, which doesn't do much to establish notability here. This still needs more reliable sources which focus on this subject in depth.
