Casablanca Delta

[edit]

The pictured fan IS Casablanca Delta. What makes you think it's a Casablanca Zephyr? The Channel of Random (talk) 03:56, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This page shows a picture of a Casablanca Zephyr. Note the GE vent holes in he motor housing, the round-bottomed switch housing, and the longer blade brackets. The fan pictured in the article has all these characteristics. This page shows a picture of a Casablanca Delta. Although the motor housing is the same, the blade brackets are stubby. I want to be clear. Early Casablanca Delta DID have long brackets, and was only offered in 3 speeds. Later Casablanca Delta have short brackets. Casablanca Zephyr was offered in variable speed and Inteli-Touch. Some 3 speed Zephyr however do exist, but they are not common, and it usually happens when it was just converted to 3 speed. Casablanca Zephyr III DO have 3 speeds from factory and it comes with light kit with dimmer on bottom. The label should say the model name, and if he says it's a Delta, it must have said "Delta" on switch housing.

Also, do you know "The Channel of Random Ceiling Fans" on YouTube? And would you mind giving me your email address? Wikipedia is not really a place to have a talk with someone unrelated to Wikipedia. The Channel of Random (talk) 01:17, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
