The project is subscribed to a clean-up listing which lists articles tagged with various clean-up tags that need attention. The listing is refreshed by a bot on a regular basis.
Monitoring is essential Use the watchlist to keep an eye on changes to the project's articles so that vandalism and spamming can be removed as quickly as possible.
Moves Please be careful when performing articles moves and ensure that you also move all the talk sub-pages and update any image fair use rational. Otherwise the archives, to-do lists, assessment comments and GA reviews get lost and the image may be deleted as it has an incorrect FUR. You will also have to check that the Commons link is set correctly.

Hello. It appears your talk page is becoming quite lengthy and is in need of archiving. According to Wikipedia's user talk page guidelines; "Large talk pages become difficult to read, strain the limits of older browsers, and load slowly over slow internet connections. As a rule of thumb, archive closed discussions when a talk page exceeds 75 KB or has multiple resolved or stale discussions." - this talk page is 1375.8 KB. See Help:Archiving a talk page for instructions on how to manually archive your talk page, or to arrange for automatic archiving using a bot. If you have any questions, place a {{help me}} notice on your talk page, or go to the help desk. Thank you. --Jax 0677 (talk) 17:14, 26 July 2018 (UTC)

Wiki Loves Monuments
This month sees the UK participating in the Wiki Loves Monuments competition for the first time. The aim is to capture images of Grade I and Grade II* listed buildings and to upload them to Commons. Many monuments have no images available for them or need better ones without clutter in view. The lists of the monuments have been produced on a county basis, some already existed as wiki articles, and have been enhanced as part of this process. A full list of the English lists for use in the competition are available at listed buildings in England. If you are interested in taking part then take a look at the UK home page for further details. You do not have to take images in Yorkshire but it would be helpful if those in the area would help out to try and get at least one image for every monument in our area. Would be good to get some of the unusual or overlooked ones, for example we have several of "Sewerby House", but no good ones of the "Terrace Balustrade and Attached Garden Wall and Archway to Sewerby House" as this appears as an incidental item in images of the main house.
