Hi Poetry Buff. Thanks for all the great edits of late to many poets' pages. It's a great contribution. Just to note that edit summaries are really helpful to other editors trying to track changes. In the body of articles the guidelines discourage embedded web links. It's preferable to add a link to a book in a reference, I think because it makes for easier reading for the eye. This guidance doesn't apply to works and reference sections etc. It's good to see your work here. I hope you'll stay around and help with the ongoing improvement of poetry articles. Proposed deletion of Peter Sansom[edit]

The article Peter Sansom has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

Elaine Feinstein[edit]

Thank you for your message. When changing text in Wikipedia articles we are requested to add references. The changes you made to Elaine's articles did not give refs, that is why I reverted your edits. Also the town detail and comments on her domestic situation were both given in Jeni Couzyn's Contemporary Women Poets. Bloodaxe. (1985). That is not to say that they are necessarily accurate, but that there was a basis for using the information. I checked and added new sources. Further information about neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies is available through the given links in blue. I hope that helps. Many thanks. We would like to alter the image to an image which the author has requested. She has permission to use the image. How do we replace the existing one?

It's best to upload it to the commons, though with the understanding that if she puts it on her Wikipedia page or on the commons it would enable anyone to use it with no further permission needed. The upload page is here. It's looks a bit of a fiddle at first but it is made easier if the photo is your own work. You can then replace the file name in the article such as File:Feinstein, Elaine.IMG_4712.JPG . If you have any problems you can mail me the photo and I will upload it with the author's name. Wikipedia and copyright[edit]

Hello Poetrybuff!
