There is no COI and i have no connection to the topic. And I'm on it to add more sources and the sources added till now are reliable enough. This is not for advertisement purpose I have completely written it according to Wikipedia's content policies. So I request you to please remove this template that you have added. Narendra Bhooshan hails from Bhatinda, Punjab. He completed his elementary and secondary education from his hometown. After completing his secondary education, he got his degree in Bachelor of Electronics & Electrical Communication from Punjab Engineering College, Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has also completed his master’s degree in M.A. Economics from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, UP. He appeared in the All India Civil Services Examination in 1992 and was selected for the Indian Administrative Services. Later during his administrative career as a civil servant, he also pursued M.A. degree in International Development Policy and Diploma in Project Appraisal and Risk Management from Duke University, North Carolina, USA in 2007.

I have cited several reliable web sources and news websites about him being a CEO of greater Noida which provides the evidence of notability. So i hope now it is covered.
