Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Adele Uddo ‎. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Sam, I believe there is a misplacement on the interpretation of the content. The statement I shared was 100% objective and it was based on a trusted source of The Hollywood Reporter:
https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/lists/hollywoods-favorite-niche-skincare-brands-1149910/ 76.95.33.243 (talk) 16:45, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I want to be as kind as possible here: the material you actually added was as far from "objective" as you can possibly get. It was not even covered in that really poor source. Please do not make any further additions until you have a handle on our WP:NPOV policy. Thanks. Sam Kuru (talk) 17:14, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sam Kuru, the statement was neutral, objective and fair. There was nothing negative nor out of the context. I was just adding and contributing by adding a relevant statement that is true and correct. As far as the source being categorized as poor by you, that’s neither accurate nor fair. The Hollywood Reporter is the leading Magazine within the Industry where the individual works for years. 76.95.33.243 (talk) 17:24, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I want to make sure we're talking about the same thing:
  • "...renowned for her illustrious career as a body parts model..."
  • "...demonstrated her remarkable business acumen"
  • "Her unique journey as a model, where she meticulously cared for and highlighted various body parts, ultimately inspired her..."
  • "Adele's profound connection with nature and her holistic lifestyle became the bedrock..."
  • "...only the finest quality of ingredients, showcasing her dedication to providing customers with authentic, natural, and effective skincare solutions..."
  • "...Uddo's business savvy and her passion for holistic living have culminated in a brand that not only embodies excellence but also promotes self-care and embraces the harmonious relationship between nature and beauty"
  • "Her business success has been well-celebrated..."
You felt those statements were not only "neutral, objective and fair", but were also supported by that cite? Sam Kuru (talk) 17:41, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sam Kuru, thanks for your tip and feedback.
I can condense it to be as concise as this one:
"Adele Uddo's skin care product, Essentiel by Adele, was featured in The Hollywood Reporter as a product that gained popularity among celebrities."
is that a fair, neutral, and objective statement? If no would you send me a revised version to keep as neutral as possible? Your feedback is much appreciated. Thanks in advance Sam Kuru. 76.95.33.243 (talk) 17:51, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The best factual summary would be: "Five years ago, Chloe Grace Moretz posted an Instagram story indicating she liked Essentiel by Adele." This is churnalism at best; "reporting" on Instagram posts seems utterly trivial and has little to do with the actual topic of the article. Surely there is something more material that can be used to further develop a fairly sparse article? Sam Kuru (talk) 19:44, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
