The article needs to reference independent coverage of the project, not just reports and publications on their own website. This certainly exists - it just needs to go into the article. Secondly, the article has some bias issues: a quick Google search turns up substantial criticism associated with the project. Wikipedia can't be used as an advertisement, and it needs to include the voices of detractors as well as fans.

Please read Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. This one of the most fundamental policies on Wikipedia, and this means that if a subject has a Wikipedia article, it has to include criticism that that subject might wish wasn't in there. Wikipedia is not here to be an exercise in public relations for organisations we have articles about. This specific criticism is absolutely and indisputably relevant: it goes to the motives of the partner company funding the project and the entire reason for its existence.
