File:Fenerbahçe.svg and Fenerbahçe pages
[edit]Please do not add this logo to any articles without supplying an appropriate fair use rationale. A separate, specific rationale is required for each use by WP:NFCC #10c policy. Instructions on how to create a rationale are at WP:FURG. If you have questions, ask. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 19:01, 10 March 2011 (UTC)
- And you've been reverted again, for failure of WP:NFCC #10c. --Hammersoft (talk) 18:40, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
Use of non-free image File:Fenerbahçe.svg on Fenerbahçe Ülker
[edit]The non-free image File:Fenerbahçe.svg was recently restored to Fenerbahçe Ülker by you after it have been removed for failure of our non-free content criteria policy, specifically item #10c which requires a "separate, specific non-free use rationale for each use of the item". The image still fails the 10c policy requirement and has been removed from the article again. Please do not restore this image to that article again without complying with the requirements of that policy. For more information on how to write an appropriate non-free use rationale, please consult Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. If you have questions about this, please ask. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 13:03, 30 March 2011 (UTC)

- You keep restoring this image to articles for which there is no associated rationale, which is a requirement under WP:NFCC #10c policy. Why? If you persist in doing so, you may be blocked from editing. --Hammersoft (talk) 02:01, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
January 2012
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to Ülker Sports Arena, as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you. Club infobox dates
[edit]Hi, when updating club infobox stats you should update the |club-update=
or |pcupdate=
parameter by adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 21:17, 16 May 2016 (UTC)
Stats in football players' infoboxes and update of career stats
[edit]Hi.
When you update the stats in football players' infoboxes please remember that you should also update the timestamps as of when the stats are correct. This is done by updating |pcupdate=
(or |club-update=
) parameter when updating club appearances and goals, or |ntupdate=
(or |nationalteam-update=
) when updating national team appearances and goals. The easiest way to do this is to use five tildes, which automatically converts to the current time. For example |club-update=~~~~~
.
When you update the career statistics please remember that you should also update that timestamp as well to a time when the stats are correct. This is done by manually updating the date above or below the statistics table. By doing this we show when the stats were last updated and it prevents other editors from accidentally updating the stats again.
This is done to show other editors when the stats were last updated and prevent them from accidentally updating the stats again, and also it shows readers that it has been updated.
Please keep this in mind. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 11:08, 31 January 2017 (UTC)
