My Dog A Story By Puppymama2004

Puppymama2004 (talk) 17:08, 15 March 2014 (UTC)My dog's name is Gizmo and he is a Shit Tzu. We got him from a shelter right after he was neutered and had to wear a cone of shame. He was dirty and needed some grooming... And he stank like crazy. We could not groom him because he couldn't get his stitches wet. So, after a week of waiting(and bearing the stench,) we took him to the groomer. Then he came home nice and clean. Then we had to do some experimenting. First of all, we gave him a dog plush toy and he never ever played with it. Then we tried squeak toys, but as usual he did not even go near it. Finally we just gave him a beach towel, and man, we should have tried it earlier. He would take it in his mouth and shake it all around. He wasn't to fond of my dad coming home because when he did, Gizmo would bark until poor dad came inside. Sometime Gizmo just doesn't like people that are scared of him. I you walk right up to him and pet him, you will be fine, if you pat him and then suddenly run away that triggers his sense of aggression and causes him to bark and run after you. I will warn you, though he is just a small dog he will run like the wind and probably scare you half to death. But for now he is just plain Gizmo.
