{{Help me}} Hello, thanks for the warm welcome and fresh cookies! I have been having trouble identifying which citations are considered to be "predatory open access journals". Twice before I published the page changes that I've made, a warning shows up, telling me that I've added predatory journals. However, how can I identify the problematic citation precisely and remove it before publishing the changes? It'll be greatly appreciated if someone could guide me through this comprehensively! Hi Purple Jelly Beans, the help me template is supposted to be used by simply copying "{{Help me}}" to the source editor, my welcome template might have confused you, sorry about that.
About predatory open access journals, you might find Wikipedia:Vanity and predatory publishing#Predatory open access to be useful, if you have any other questions feel free to ask them on my talk page, thanks :D Justiyaya 15:35, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
