Spam in Motiono[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Motiono, by RandomHumanoid (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Motiono is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Motiono, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Motiono itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 22:48, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Tg bmx.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Tg bmx.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Thanks for the barnstar Algonquin![edit]

Hi Algonquin. I appreciate the barnstar you have given me; I also thought it would be nice mentioning that that's my first barnstar given to me another user if you haven't already realised. Thanks again.

Reply regarding deletions[edit]

I perform all deletions manually, and read every page thoroughly before I can justify deleting it. To my knowledge there is no way to automatically delete pages, and it seems like it would impossible to make one as it could not possibly determine if the page met WP:CSD. That said, I do use Twinkle, a javascript program, to automatically provide a justification in the deletion log if it doesn't need a more elaborate explanation than which criteria it falls under. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Tg blueprint.png)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Tg blueprint.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 22:46, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: You deleted my user page[edit]

There is no registered user with the name Qz3 (Algonquin) (see Special:ListUsers). "Your" userpage was deleted as it did not belong to anyone (WP:CSD#U2). --MZMcBride (talk) 04:50, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
