Request reason:

This is a mistake. I simply asked something on a WikiProject. Is that not allowed?

Decline reason:

Evidence indicates that you are likely a sockpuppet of banned user 'Jessica Liao'. This is backed up by the fact that you immediately knew how to request and format an unblock, despite not being told how to by the blocking administrator. Request reason:

That's a stupid reason to use just because I know how to request and format unblock. It's not about Jessica. It's about the edit. Why don't you just focus on the edit I made instead of referring to her? It doesn't help anyone on improving the encyclopedia.

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you

    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.
