Proposed deletion of Rick Norman[edit]

The article Rick Norman has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Rick Norman, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. That you have a conflict of interest seems reasonable here, and you may not remove the tag until it is resolved. Also, this article is a BLP, the biography of a living person, and as such it needs reliable sources. You keep adding YouTube and other social networking links, but those are not reliable sources.
