Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Roisterer! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 741 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Baden Teague - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 20:53, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! Yeah, it's a timely reminder to get some of those old articles fixed up - there's a whole swathe of MPs that we did in our early article drives that still don't have references. Rebecca (talk) 12:24, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well done. You got to Kaarin Fairfax four minutes before I expanded it: I noticed it already had a ref but I've added a few more anyway. Back to some more BLPs.shaidar cuebiyar ( talk | contribs ) 10:08, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Going for FA eventually? YellowMonkey (vote in the Southern Stars photo poll) 07:13, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Given that he only played 22 FC, the cricket component doesn't seem too short, but in any case, I would recommend a stop at PR and an appointment with Brianboulton (talk · contribs). Also I invite you too choose which photos to use on the biog pages of the Southern Stars and White Ferns; I'm short of input on the latter in particular YellowMonkey (vote in the Southern Stars and White Ferns supermodel photo poll) 05:02, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe WP:AUS can reach 200 FAs before Anzac Day.... YellowMonkey (vote in the Southern Stars and White Ferns supermodel photo poll) 05:03, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

On the FA march eh? YellowMonkey (vote in the Southern Stars and White Ferns supermodel photo poll) 03:28, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is the typo in teh quote by them or us? YellowMonkey (vote in the Southern Stars and White Ferns supermodel photo poll) 03:24, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I tagged it with "sic" a few days ago but did the newspaper actually do that or you copied it wrong? YellowMonkey (vote in the Southern Stars and White Ferns supermodel photo poll) 07:46, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, what's going on here? Are you still going for a push towards FAC? :) Aaroncrick TALK 10:51, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's great; I'm sure plenty of folks are prepared to help. Aaroncrick TALK 09:02, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nash Cartoon

[edit]

Dear Roisterer, Well do on the cartoon! Might help things if you cited the newspaper (? Age) and artist. If you can do neither, it would also really help if you could include the words that accompanied the pen drawing it is almost impossible to read them). Also, have you seen [2], [3]? Best to you. Lindsay658 (talk) 00:10, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Also, just found this: [4]. Lindsay658 (talk) 01:28, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You should have a chat to Brianboulton (talk · contribs), he won't miss anything on cricket article that needs improving, and Nash's mate Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Keith Miller with the Australian cricket team in England in 1948/archive1 is up as well, just like his fellow rebel teammate. Gundagai article and Albury reference

[edit]

I have changed the Albury reference ont he Gundagai page several times but bidgee keeps putting it back. There is no Yambla Range near Gundagai. That range is near Albury. Who would know what bidgee's issue is re this but he carries on like a total vandal re the gundagai page even at the cost of retainign obviously incorrect content there. As a result of that the Yambala reference has been cloned Internet wide as I have been remving that Yambla reference for ages - but bidgee keeps putting it back and telling lies. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.54.9.154 (talk) 21:59, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You are now a Reviewer

[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 22:17, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
