Speedy deletion nomination of Sagrada Familia (official article)

[edit]

Hello SecondNews,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sagrada Familia (official article) for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, [[{{{article}}}]].

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. mikeman67 (talk) 18:08, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your article

[edit]

I'm not quite sure what you meant by 'official article'. If you are connected with the Sagrada Familia, then please be aware that we do not have official articles belonging to their subjects and authorised by them. Wikipedia is an open encyclopaedia, and in the main, articles are open to anyone for editing. We also do not have two articles on the one subject. There are some cases where brief sections are expanded in separate articles, to keep the size down, and where not every reader will want the full detail. This is only done after discussions and the reaching of a consensus. Peridon (talk) 18:45, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
