I have sent a note from "shetech@shetech.com", the address associated with both this account and with http://blog.shetech.com regarding the use of this material. I own the web site. I will be happy to rewrite the material. I didn't realize that reusing my own material would present such a problem!

Excirial Hiyas Shetech, Are you referring to the title of the page itself? This name can only be changed trough [[WP:MOVE|moving]] the page itself to another title. To do this, you must have the autoconfirmed permission, which is automatically granted to accounts which are older then 4 days and have more then 4 edits. Let me know if you need any help with it.
