Re: this and this and this, consider this an official warning that you don't get to unilaterally decide what "the most credible box office portal" is for Bollywood films. Anyone even casually familiar with Indian film financial details knows to take every reported figure with a grain of salt, since all of the financial figures are estimations and not indisputable fact. And in cases were multiple reliable sources report different figures, the academically honest thing to do would be to present the various figures in the form of a range, not to decide of your own volition what the "correct" guess is. This edit seems even more obnoxious to me, because the previous reference claimed a budget of 25 crore including print and advertising costs, which across the world are never considered part of the film's budget. Budget = cost of producing the film. You add BOI, with a higher figure, and I guess you don't even consider whether or not that higher figure includes print and advertising costs?
