The article Kindle Serials has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced and not really much of an article

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Emily VanDerWerff[edit]

Hello Sidney Stencil,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Emily VanDerWerff for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Hello Sidney, thought I should let you know that there was a discussion about whether VanDerWerff was notable enough for inclusion or not in March at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Emily VanDerWerff. The outcome was that she did not yet meet the general notability guidelines. – Thjarkur (talk) 19:07, 14 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for letting me know. I thought she would be considered notable given her role at Vox Media, her published works, and her July 2020 online confrontation with editor Matt Yglesias. I don't know if that's enough to contest deletion or not. User:Sidney Stencil 20:27, 14 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
