This is the term used on Wikipedia for knowledge that is in your head or that you have discovered yourself. Wikipedia must only contain facts that can be sourced to reliable sources. This isn't to say that what you have written is wrong, only that it must be verifiable for it to be included here.

Regarding your photos, please see Wikipedia's Image use policy. Consider uploading to Wikimedia Commons rather than the English Wikipedia - that way your pictures can be used by other languages. If you do upload, please use the generic name for the drug rather than the brand. I think photos of a few pills would be more useful than pictures of boxes or packaging. Your picture name might therefore be "nimetazepam-pills.jpg".

When you upload the photos, please study the various copyright options. I think it will not be acceptable for your photo to contain a "sixthseal.com" watermark.

You may wish to join and ask questions at Wikipedia:WikiProject Drugs. Wikipedia is not the place to discuss illegal activities such as recreational drug taking. Your personal experiences should also stay out of Wikipedia.
