Speedy deletion declined: Peyman Nasehpoor

Hello Smartass2000. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Peyman Nasehpoor, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: "not notable" is not a speedy deletion reason - see WP:CSD#Non-criteria #5. This is not a good article, but looking at the refs I see enough to pass the low bar of WP:CSD#A7. If you think it should be deleted, go to WP:AFD. Thank you.
