I have read the WP:COI and I am not sure how to proceed to mention that I am employed by EPFL to add references to some information related to Smart Living Lab and to create a page titled "Smart Living Lab". Could you tell me how to unblock my IP address to do so without any conflict of interest? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the answer. I did a mistake by using another account in the French Wikipedia, before asking for a new user name in the English Wikipedia. Now the name that I use in the French Wiki "Mmerocknroll" has also been blocked in the English Wikipedia, with the reason that I might be a sock puppet. May I propose here this new username "Mmerocknroll" to replace "Smartlivinglab", although this account as been blocked also in the English Wikipedia? It will be easier to have the same account in the French and English Wiki. If not, may I propose here another username to replace "Smartlivinglab" and "Mmerocknroll" in the English Wikipedia: "Atlasofthings"? I will avoid any Conflict of interest in the English Wikipedia and not repeat the kind of edits for which I have been blocked. If I am unblocked, I will write about topics related to science communication, architecture or culture from Switzerland. If these topics can be closed to my paid work, they are also my field of expertise... here is the tiny border which I will try not to cross. Thank you for your understanding.
