Regarding you edits to Beta
[edit]Hi, thanks for the edits to Beta (Magic: The Gathering). While I found them enlightening, it would be great if you had anything to back them up with as especially the "could afford to pay for the rest of the print run" part might be challenged. I know it is unlikely as this is not the kind of information that companies distribute freely, but if you could point to anything, that would be awesome.
Besides that you changed the print run to 7.8 million instead of 7.3 m. As production manager I assume that you should know, but Wizards states the print run to be 7.3 m on the set's website. The officialy MTG encyclopedia gives it as 7.3, too. On the other hand Crystal Keep says the print run was 7.8 m. As far as I can tell these are the most authoritative sources. If you could point to something, that makes it clear, that 7.8 m is indeed correct, it would be a great help, too.

I wish I could provide more solid references. Most of the changes are based on my memory of conversations I had with other Wizards of the Coast staff at the time. I'm almost positive that the total print run was 10.4 million, and that Alpha was supposed to be 25% of the total. I'm assuming the "7.3" is because somebody, at some point, rounded the print run to 10 million, and somebody else, not realizing that the "10 million" number was imprecise, subtracted the Alpha print run and came to the conclusion that Beta must have been 7.3. But I don't know for sure.
Ensoniq SDP-1 Sampled Digital Piano moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Ensoniq SDP-1 Sampled Digital Piano, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 08:31, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
- Moving the SDP-1 article to draftspace makes sense. However, I haven't been able to figure out what criteria the article needs to meet to qualify it for being published. There are two fairly vague reviews of this object online, but neither of them have anything particularly quotable or provide much factual data about the instrument. I'm pretty sure I can pull my owner's manual out of storage, but I cannot figure out if that's adequately "verifiable," since you'd have to visit me to see the manual yourself.
