The "specific error" is, the sources do not show that the subject is notable. Per WP:GNG, we need to see significant coverage of the subject in multiple secondary sources that are reliable and independent. Appointment news are just routine reporting which cover the event (appointment, and related matters) and not the person. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:29, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
