Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:SoOPAK

You should give warning message when I register this username, your software need to be improved.

This block is for more than just your username, it is for your promotional edits, you need both a new username and to address your promotional edits. Your username is not automatically bad, it is merely the context. Until you edited SoOPAK, we would not have known it was the name of an organization. you software need to be improved. When you found I am editing soopak, you can tell us I cannot use soopakwiki as username, I should change to other username. If you think i am writing promotional article, you can give warning message. Actually, this article is under edit status, I didn't publish it. you delete it directly. It is very strange rule. You are abuse the permissions. My article is under edit status and I am still updating it, why do you delete it and block me? You have Monopoly role, you should not abuse it.

Decline reason:

There is no software that can tell that "SoopakWiki" is the name(in part) of a business. We wouldn't have known that if you hadn't edited about a business with that name. Warnings are not required for blatant violations of policy, such as promotional editing, conflict of interest, or violations of the paid editing policy(a Terms of Use requirement). If you choose to edit without at least a basic awareness of policies like the username policy, that is your option, but you must accept the consequences of doing so. You also indicate that you still want to edit about your business; that will not be permitted. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road for your Wikipedia career. If you want to edit about topics unrelated to your conflict of interest, please tell what those might be along with your proposed new username. Please note that Wikipedia is not a place for businesses to tell the world about themselves. This is an encyclopedia, where article subjects(such as a business) must be shown with significant coverage in independent reliable sources to meet Wikipedia's special definition of a notable business. Wikipedia is not interested in what a business wants to say about itself(which includes press releases, announcements of routine business transactions, staff interviews, etc.), only in what others unaffiliated with the business say about it.
