This submission reads more like an essay than an encyclopedia article. Submissions should summarise information in secondary, reliable sources and not contain opinions or original research. Please write about the topic from a neutral point of view in an encyclopedic manner.

The draft is currently not really about "Women in Psychology" as a topic in-and-of-itself, but is instead a collection of bios about particular women who happen to be in that field. Information on these individuals should be added to the main articles for each of them, and not duplicated in a way that adds no substantive context or content over and above the main articles.

This type of coverage may be appropriate for a list, such as List of women in mathematics, but the purpose of a list is to connect topically related stand-alone-articles, not to duplicate the content of those articles.

Comparisons between this and Women in science, should be made carefully, since portions of that article seem to be about women generally as a broad topic, but much of article seems to stray into fairly lengthy examples about particular women, which may run afoul of our prohibition on original research if it is not sourced to a reference which itself uses that particular person as an example as part of coverage of the overall topic more broadly as it's main purpose.
