Welcome to Wikipedia!!![edit]

Hello Staylor3! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. If you decide that you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. You may also push the signature button located above the edit window. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. Below are some pages to facilitate your involvement. Happy editing! -- Kukini hablame aqui 18:26, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Association management. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Thank you. andy 19:13, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spam links[edit]

Wikipedia's guidelines on external links are clear - look at WP:SPAM#External_link_spamming for example. As you have noticed, there are plenty of promotional articles in WP. they should be tracked down and deleted - anybody who comes across such an article can nominate it for deletion. WP's deletion policy is here. andy 07:38, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Editing users' pages[edit]

It is generally considered bad form verging on vandalism to edit another contributor's user page, as you did to mine. If you have something to say put it on my Talk page.
