[edit]Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that in this edit to Draft:Christian jerome, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 00:33, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
MILMEGA
[edit]A few things that would be helpful with an article such as MILMEGA:
- Find wp:reliable sources for unsourced lines and add them. See help:referencing for beginners. I just added some with this edit. Notice that I attributed the source for one ref.
- Find and link pertinent Wikipedia articles. wp:Linking. Please avoid wp:OVERLINKING and MOS:LINKONCE e.g. more than one (maybe two or three) links and avoiding common words that most English speaker know. "United States", "chief executive officer", "orange", etc. An article that is a common-word and useful for understanding the article may be a useful link.
- MILMEGA needs more work.
Some advice?
- A good practice is to check your edits, links, and citations before clicking that "Publish changes" button. The wp:Show preview and wp:Show changes buttons can be used to make all-important checks before publishing.
- Multiple English variants are used on Wikipedia. See wp:ENGVAR for policy and tips. Sometimes there is a wp:template visible at the top when editing. {{Use American English}}, {{EngvarB}}, etc. Often not. One might make the determination by its association with a country. Mumbai, kangaroo, NASA, etc. Othertimes by spellings wikt:center, wikt:centre, wikt:standardise, wikt:standardize, etc. I often search on the page for "ize" (standardize, internalize) or "our" (colour, behaviour) and highlight all hits. One can easily access Wiktionary to check a spelling. Just type wikt:tornado into the Wikipedia search box.
