@Green Giant: Hey there, it looks like there’s some sort of wide ranging ipv6 block that kicks in when I try to edit on mobile from my home WiFi:

The reason given is Long-term abuse. Start of block: 22:43, 3 July 2020 Expiry of block: 22:43, 3 October 2020 Your current IP address is 2001:4bb8:1c0:1012:dc5c:7295:782:992d and the blocked range is 2001:4BB8:0:0:0:0:0:0/39.

This ip is static and given to me by my ISP here in Austria. Any chance the abuse range can be scoped down? Thanks! Sudararamen (talk) 01:02, 14 July 2020 (UTC)

Hello. Thank you for the message. I’m sorry that you have been affected by this block. In the first instance you should ask for a "local IP block exemption" flag. The users who can do this are the Wikipedia administrators. You can ask them by placing the {{unblock}} template onto this page. An administrator will then attend to your request. Hi Sudararamen,

Thank you for your article on Aldrich - it was really interesting to read. Just in case you didn't know, and are thinking of working on other articles, I thought I'd mention that the 'Cite' button at the top of the editing window when you're editing an article (next to 'help') makes referencing really easy. you can just click on that, then choose the kind of source you want to cite (book/web/journal etc) and then just fill in the fields in the wee pop up screen that appears - and it does all the rest for you!
