Request reason:

User:DoRD is correct in the fact that I use a web host to edit. However, that fact only discredits the sock puppetry allegations further. It is 90% likely that the blocked editor is someone else who previously had this IP address I do also note that I saw "I Love Bridges" join #wikipedia-en-help ^connect eariler today. How can I be on two different clients on two different IP addresses at the same time? It's not physically possible.
