Request reason:

This block is based on incomplete evidence. You don’t know that it wasn’t my brother who made those edits, and you have no way of finding out who really did it. Therefore, the grounds for blocking are insufficient, and as such the block shall be reversed. In real life people are assumed innocent until proven guilty; I am still legally considered innocent based on the emerged evidence.

Decline reason:

This is not a legal proceeding, this is a private entity determining as it sees fit whom shall be permitted to use its services based on its rules- just as you can determine what happens within the four walls of your home without guaranteeing due process or free speech- which are restrictions on government.
