First, warnings should go on the user's talk page not the user page. Second this user has already received a warning for the blanking of CSCWEM's user page and was subsequently blocked for doing the same to Deskana's. We generally don't give more than a single warning per instance of vandalism. All that said, I appreciate your willingness to help in this situation, and hope you will continue to help us fight vandalism. To access someone's talk page you can either directly type "User talk:" and their username in the search box, or go to their userpage (included in their signature) and click the Discussion tab at the top of the page. To paraphrase, I replaced "and ninja then jump out of the play and assassinate an audience member!!!11one!" with "and the ninja in the play attacks or assassinates an actor". Since, I admit, the wording for that could be taken to mean that an actual assassination of the actor was occuring during the play, I have clarified the section to show that it was a "scripted attack". Still, I'd suggest you ease up on how quickly you're willing to accuse someone of vandalism. See the Userbox Migration Policy is just an idea that tries to stop template clutter with controversial or non-serious userboxes and was first used on the German Wikipedia. Instead of making userboxes in the template namespace we now place them in an user subpage. When you make a userbox, do everything as normal (assuming you make them on a draft page). Now when you have finished change the name at the top, but don't start it with template:user ... Put User:USERNAME/Userbox/User NAME in the namespace, where USERNAME is your username or another person's if they co-authored it and NAME is the name of the userbox. Now click show preview. Open the link in a new window and copy and paste the userbox in that window, changing the name back to Userbox (you probably know how to do this anyway ^-^). Save the page. Now every time you put that name. (Yes all of it. I know, it makes for a lot of typing:P) in double brackets([[]]) it shows the link, every time in double braces({{}})) the userbox. You must make all userboxes in this way unless they are directly related to Wikipedia e.g. WikiProject box, Test score, Admin etc, etc. I see that you've also got quite a nice collection of userboxes on your subpage. If someone hasn't already done this you'll need to move them to user namespace. Edit the template page and change the name as above. Cut and paste the userbox to the new page. Now save that page. On the original page place the template User UBM UBX to|1|2 (with double braces) on it and replace 1 with the original name and 2 with the new name. And huzzah! You have renamed your userbox! The good things about this are that template space is now nice and free, there's a link back to your page so people can get help and your name's part of the Userbox so everyone knows who did it! Thank you for taking the time to do this, Wikipedia needs more free images. However, I have strong reason to believe the information you may have added is incorrect. The template you added, {{GFDL-retouched}}, does not properly give the full picture of licensing rights on this image. While any modifications made to the image may be released under GFDL, the license requires for the original image to also be released under the GFDL, and since this image is taken directly from AdventureQuest site, and AdventureQuest is a trademark of Artix Entertainment, this image was not originally released under the public domain.
