Easi teach

[edit]

There seems to be several different companies with the names "Easi teach" and Easiteach" which one is the article about? The description is too vague for me to match it up with the web site. I made a guess, and put in a link--was I right.? But in any case you will absolutely need references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases-- please see our guide to writing Wikipedia articles . I advise you to add this very quickly, before the article gets deleted by a regular deletion processDGG (talk) 05:24, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Easiteach, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Easiteach. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Drawn Some (talk) 05:31, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. The consensus at the AfD was clearly merge. No, I don't like it either. But that doesn't mean you should let your edits disagree with it. The way to dispute the merge isn't to go ahead and revert the merging. You could try Wikipedia:Deletion review, although I'm not sure about the good it'll do. Cheers - Kingpin13 (talk) 16:24, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First, please answer these;
  • Do you think that the arguments for merging here were against policy?
  • Do you simply disagree with a deletion debate's outcome? Or do you think the result was against policy?
I personally don't think that requesting review is a good idea. The content is still on the 'pedia (See Andy Murray#Personal life). Maybe you should instead expand on her part of Murray's page? Get back to me with the answers to those two questions. Cheers :) - Kingpin13 (talk) 16:40, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The main merge/delete reason was that she hasn't actually done anything. There's plenty of coverage (which was my keep reason). So all we need really, is or her to do something notable (e.g. win wimbledon ;D) and then it should be okay to create the page again. Looking for more sources shouldn't make a difference unless one of the shows that she has done something notable (without Murray). Although before you create the page again, for any reason, make sure you discuss it with the admin who closed the debate. - Kingpin13 (talk) 17:00, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on CSL Sofas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Proposed deletion of CSL Sofas

[edit]

The article CSL Sofas has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Claims of notability are not backed up by 3rd party references

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. RadioFan (talk) 14:52, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

He is a confirmed sockpuppeteer though! SuperTeacher123 (talk) 20:33, 16 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. -sesuPRIME 20:35, 16 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
