Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Surya.Luna, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Eliot Greenwald, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. The article Eliot Greenwald has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. — Ingenuity (talk • contribs) 22:24, 15 October 2022 (UTC)

Proposed Deletion of Eliot Greenwald
[edit]Hello,
I am a member of the new page patrol team here on Wikipedia. Upon reviewing your article, I'm afraid that in my view it does not meet our criteria for inclusion. Specifically, I do not believe that Mr. Greenwald meets our notability criteria for artists or for topics in general. In light of this, I have proposed deletion of the article. Presuming you nor any other editor contests the deletion, which is done simply by deleting the relevant template on the page, an administrator will delete the page in roughly 7 days.
You have the right to contest the deletion for any reason, or no reason at all, per our policies. However, I would advise that if you plan to do so that you take time to find reliable, independent sources that discuss Mr. Greenwald in-depth and place them into the article. If the proposed deletion is contested, and myself or another editor still believe the subject is not notable, it may be submitted to articles for deletion - a venue where editors have a formal discussion as to whether an article should be deleted. In such a scenario the outcome of the article will be determined by consensus, and you will be unable to stop such proceedings unilaterally.
I understand that this may be frustrating, and I do this out of a love for Wikipedia rather than having anything against you. On the contrary, I hope you continue editing here and find joy in it! Creating an article is one of the hardest things one can do here on Wikipedia due to the number of eyes looking at them and the number of policies you have to meet for the article to remain. I would highly advise reading the first message from Ingenuity for assistance in this endeavor.
If you have any questions at all, feel free to ping me or submit a message to my talk page.
Cheers! —Sirdog (talk) 01:13, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
- Hi there, Eliot Greenwald's article is currently being edited on a daily basis (though not all of the edits are published). I don't believe I've been granted enough time to make a case for notability. Please stay tuned for future updates. 2606:3580:1800:805:C885:630A:5AB5:22F2 (talk) 13:53, 20 October 2022 (UTC)

Hi, there are other articles linked to Eliot Greenwald's page. Are you asking me to find more sources or the article to no longer be considered an "orphan?"
