Welcome

[edit]

Hello TTTP22 and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to Frank Pavone, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a Help desk, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Drmies (talk) 02:47, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Frank Pavone, you may be blocked from editing. The cited source is clear that Pavone has been laicized.C.Fred (talk) 02:50, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You will be blocked for spreading misinformation This is your final warning. Your canon law knowledge is deficient and you are a clown. TTTP22 (talk) 02:53, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Listen, both C.Fred and I are administrators (whether we're clowns is a matter that's not yet decided on), and if you keep this up, the edit warring and the insults, the only question is which one of us will press the block button first. If you want to play on this website, you'll have to play by the rules. Drmies (talk) 02:55, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ha, that's why I never contribute any donations because of frauds like you. You have no degrees in anything related to the subject. I am a Subject Matter Expert and can quote you Canon Law. You freaks are so unedcuated its disgusting. TTTP22 (talk) 02:57, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe if you actually knew something you would be respected. But you don't. Typical Admin, clueless and think you can pull rank. TTTP22 (talk) 02:59, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You're a CPA? What a damned loser. Can't defend yourself so you run and hide. Your customers have a right to know that you are spreading misinformation on the internet and are unqualified at being a professional accountant. If you can't defend yourself here how could you possible represent a client during an audit? TTTP22 (talk) 03:05, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Frank Pavone. Additionally, if you revert the article again, you will be in clear violation of WP:Three-revert rule,C.Fred (talk) 02:52, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Also, "know-nothing hack"? You can't go around this place calling people names like that. This isn't the internet. Drmies (talk) 02:53, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Drmies (talk) 02:58, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Just so we're clear on what you were fighting over, here's the relevant passage from the article:

Father Frank Pavone, a well-known pro-life activist and national director of the organization Priests for Life, has been dismissed from the clerical state for “blasphemous communications on social media” and “persistent disobedience of the lawful instructions of his diocesan bishop,” CNA has learned.

In a Dec. 13 letter to U.S. bishops obtained by CNA and confirmed by multiple sources as authentic, Archbishop Christophe Pierre, the Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, wrote that the Prefect of the Dicastery for the Clergy issued the decision on Nov. 9, adding that there was “no possibility of appeal.”

“Father Pavone was given ample opportunity to defend himself in the canonical proceedings, and he was also given multiple opportunities to submit himself to the authority of his diocesan bishop,” explains a separate statement attached to Archbishop Pierre’s letter. “It was determined that Father Pavone had no reasonable justification for his actions.”

So, I don't really care what you were trying to argue, but it was wrong, and throwing around childish insults is always going to get you blocked. Drmies (talk) 03:04, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You people are so uneducated that you quote from the article that clearly shows you are wrong and you still can't see it. It's like trying to discuss Nuclear Physics with 5 year olds. Where does it say he's no longer a priest? It says "dismissed from the clerical state". That's a term of art that only canon lawyers understand and it doesn't mean he "no longer a priest". You low-information types are very, very confused because you are not subject matter experts. You know why Wikipedia is always begging for money? Because people like me won't donate to frauds like you who are dumbing down the internet with misinformation like monkeys. TTTP22 (talk) 03:09, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You can ban me or you can admit your mistake. Doubling down will get you nowhere. Apologize and we can move on. TTTP22 (talk) 03:11, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm you're already blocked; banning is overkill. You can look up what those terms mean in our canon law, at WP:BLOCKNOTBAN. We're going to move on alright, but without you, I'm afraid. Drmies (talk) 03:16, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
