Reversion of editing changes

This is to let you know that some of your recent editing changes were reverted for various reasons, including the inadvertent creation of grammatically incorrect sentences and misspelling of a scholar's name.

On the Marketing article, you changed the verb "practising" to "practicing" here (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Marketing&diff=prev&oldid=817348967). Please note that "practise" is a verb while "practice" is the noun. The original spelling, before the editing change, was correct.

On the Marketing article, you changed the spelling of an author's name from "Waterschoo" to "Water School" in a reference template here (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Marketing&diff=prev&oldid=817156236). Following an inspection of the original article using Google Scholar, I note that the author's correct name is "van Waterschoot." (Other references to this author/article within the same article gave the author's correct name). I have now corrected this spelling. Please be especially careful when spelling unusual family names or foreign names. It is generally advisable to consult the article or book directly for spelling of scholars' names. Users wanting to locate this reference would experience difficulties when the spelling is so far removed from the correct author name.

On Marketing article and Marketing strategy, you also changed some, but not all, of the spellings from British English to American English (e.g. organisation → organization; behaviour →behavior; standardize → standardise). This left both articles with an inconsistent mix of both spellings. Wikipedia's policy is that both US and British English are acceptable, but the article should be written in the version of English that was used by the article's creator. And, the more general guideline used in style manuals everywhere (including Wikipedia) is that choice of spelling, while often optional, must be used consistently throughout an article, report or book. I also noticed that none of your edits include an edit summary. Wikipedia expects editors to write a brief summary of their editing changes with an explanation of what was done and a brief rationale or justification for why that change was seen as necessary.
