Request reason:
I believe I should be unblocked due to my multiple helpful contributions to other pages with legitimately helpful information. It is also noted in the Vandalism Accounts Page that a block without warning is most common if the user's name violates Username Policy, which mine does not.
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. — O Still Small Voice of Clam 06:29, 25 May 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Hello again. I wish to appeal once again. Now, I understand why I was blocked. Quite simply, I made a few silly, joke edits. Changing Ben Shapiro's job, and adding a quote on the Happy Feet 2 page as a quote. I understand that that wasn't okay. Wikipedia is a place for people to be able to search for and find legitimately useful, true information, and I disrupted that process. I understand that I may have confused someone or angered someone with my edits. I have other useful edits however. Excluding my jokes and the unblock edits, I have 13 edits. I've been wanting to make more edits, noticing things that are off. And it almost gets to me that I can't fix them. Of course, they get fixed soon. But just like with my inappropriate jokes, those mistakes could cause confusion or misinformation. I also understood that, as my user page says, I created a micronation and that I added it to the list of micronations. Obviously, that wasn't okay either. An unbiased or unrelated source is supposed to add content. Thank you for considering my unblock request. Have a good day or night. Edit: I ask that someone please delete my "Harlanio" page draft. I'm done with it, it was a bad idea from start to finish and no longer wish to publish it. TheSuperTsar (talk) 07:59, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
Decline reason:
This unblock request has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:
- Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
- Read our guide to improving articles
- Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
- If you have trouble choosing an article to improve, see this index of articles needing improvement for ideas. Once you have decided on the article you will propose improvements to:
- Click the Edit tab at the top of that article;
- Copy the portion of the prose from that article that you will be proposing changes to. However:
- do not copy the "infobox" from the start of the article (i.e., markup like this:
...
); - do not copy any image placement code (i.e., markup like this:

); - do not copy the page's categories from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this:

); - do not copy the stub tag (if there) from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this:
Foo stub
);
- do not copy the "infobox" from the start of the article (i.e., markup like this:
- Click edit at your talk page, and paste at the bottom under a new section header (like this:
Article title
) the copied content but do not save yet; - Place your cursor in the edit summary box and paste there an edit summary in the following form which specifies the name of the article you copied from and links to it (this is required for mandatory copyright attribution): "
Copied content from exact Name of Article; see that article's history for attribution.
" - You can now save the page. However, if your edits will include citations to reliable sources (which they should), add the following template to the end of your prose:
reflist-talk
. Once you have added the template, click Publish changes.
- Now, edit that content. Propose significant and well researched improvements by editing the selected portion of the article. Please note that we are not looking for basic typo corrections, or small unreferenced additions; your edits should be substantial, and reflect relevant policies.
- When you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
- If we (including the original blocking admin) are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.
If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "
" to your talk page. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 15:56, 17 August 2019 (UTC)

What do you want to edit about if unblocked? 331dot (talk) 09:46, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
- I note I took a look through your edits. I count 16 edits in total, including the three deleted edits. Of those, nine were outright inappropriate and two were not particularly helpful. That leaves you with five that were constructive. Pretty terrible ratio. --Yamla (talk) 11:08, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
To: 331dot It is usually specific pages. I visit them and notice something that seems incorrect. A few examples are things in my area, like the Pensacola Bay Bridge, city of Pensacola/Milton, etc. But I have seen a few more issues.
