Removal of content[edit]

Please do not remove reliable sources from articles simply because you dislike the author, as you did in Phantasm (film). If you wish to make an argument on the article's talk page, you may explain policy-based arguments for the removal and seek consensus. I would suggest that you don't waste your time, however. The author, John Kenneth Muir, is a literary critic, and the book is reliably published. There is absolutely no policy-based reason to remove that source. If you would like help in understanding Wikipedia's guidelines and policies, I would suggest that you visit the Teahouse or Village Pump. You can also contact me on my talk page. If you would like more information about Wikipedia's film-related guidelines, I highly suggest you look at WikiProject Film. Please be aware that repeated removal of valid sources is disruptive and can result in sanctions. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 14:51, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
